The moving truck left on Monday for Berkeley. It's a little weird to see all of your earthly possessions shoved into a 5x8x8 space in the back of a UPS truck. Courtney's bike is hanging by several bungee cords and I'm thinking there's no way it's still suspended when it pulls up in Berkeley.
They gave us a tracking number when the driver took the truck so we could follow its progress across the country. I was hoping there would be a stop-by-stop update for pee breaks and things like that -- "arrived 5:20 a.m. Flying J Truck Stop Cheyenne, Wyoming" "Departed 5:23 a.m. Flying J Truck Stop Cheyenne, Wyoming." -- but that wasn't the case. Instead all we know is that our stuff spent the night in Kansas City on Tuesday night and Salt Lake City on Wednesday. Two more days left in Omaha.
