Walking In Wuhan

China down. California to go.

I keep finding more and more interesting articles on China since we've been back. A popular breakfast food in China is steamed bread filled with pork called 'baozi' (pronounced "BAO suh) that are sold cheapily on the street. I didn't like the texture much. Courtney loved them and ate them almost everyday. Come to find out, in some Beijing neighborhoods the secret ingredient is cardboard. Apparently that's what 7 mao -- about three cents -- gets you in China.

Would you like that with a side of box?

Also, a good series on the rising middle class in China. They're not all riding bikes.

Keeping up with the Wangs.
