Called the apartment managers today in Berkeley to get the dimensions of the new living space. The guy's really nice and starts running through the length of each wall in the apartment.
Me: So, what is the approximate square footage of the apartment?
Him: About 425 square feet.
Me: I see
Him: We like to call it cozy.
Clearly, things are going to be different.
