Walking In Wuhan

China down. California to go.

Today was Courtney's 25th birthday. Last year we were in Tahoe and the year before we were in Shanghai, so we figured we needed to top both of those. We chose to be tourists in a different city -- San Francisco. Since we moved out here, we've talked about doing the 49 mile drive. San Francisco is 7 miles by 7 miles -- hence the 49 square miles -- and there's a nicely mapped out route that takes you by nearly every tourist attraction of note. We've seen many of the tourist attractions while showing people around, but there were a few we've missed. Plus, who can not take the opportunity to walk slowly on crowded sidewalks and take photos of everything under the sun. By the time it was over, we'd taken 175 photos. A few of the highlights:

The City from Twin Peaks. Probably my new favorite vantage point of the Bay Area.

Ocean Beach

One of my favorite golf holes in Northern California.

Marin Headlands.

Point Bonita at sunset.

We also had dinner at Greens, a vegetarian restaurant in San Francisco. Not a bad way to turn 25.
