This is a couple weeks late, but if you haven't tried it, Brazilian Bar-B-Que is a must have. A few weeks ago, we made our way to San Francisco to Espetus where waiters circulate every few minutes with various cuts of meat on a sword before carving it table side. We'd had Brazilian BBQ in China, where the restaurant took the genre of food literally -- waiters and waitresses walked around the restaurant wearing novelty Ronaldo jerseys, cutting meat tableside. Needless to say, Espetus blew Wuhan's finest out of the water. Our dinner started with shrimp and ended two hours later with heartburn and grilled pineapple. It was a never-ending parade of sirloin, chicken, shrimp, filet mignon and pork tenderloin -- and it was fantastic.

I LOVE BRAZILLIAN STEAKHOUSES!
Meat on a spit = awesome :) Fogo de Chao here in Chicago is pretty amazing if you get a chance.
