I've been meaning to share this story from a past New Yorker about elevators. Of particular interest is the story of the guy who was stuck in an elevator for 41 hours. It's a good read. It reminded me of when we took the elevator in the KL Tower in Kuala Lumpur which was easily the most terrifying elevator ride I've ever taken.
