Saturday we made our first jaunt up to wine country. We headed to Sonoma, forgoing the more commercial and more crowded Napa area. I sadly, know very little about wine, but I know what I like -- nothing too dry -- with a little more fruity taste. I guess I'm from the Paul Giamatti school of wine tasting. I like Pinot. So we hit up four different wineries: Cline, Gloria Ferrer, Valley of the Moon and Gundlach Bundschu. We ended up getting a bottle at Gundlach Bundschu that works quite well with Asian food.
