Several people joked before we left that our main goal should be to find out who General Tsao is, and why his chicken is so delicious. I'm not a huge fan of the dish, but I did find an interesting story from the Washington Post two years ago that talks about the history behind the name. If only I'd found this article before we left, we could have saved a lot of time....

We're off for our final vacation this week to Zhangjiajie. We'll have plenty of pictures and stories to share later in the week.
